PEER Review Process

When a manuscript is submitted to the conference, it is assessed to see if it meets the criteria for submission, plagiarism percentage of less than 20%, and the scope of the conference. If it does, the editorial team will select three potential peer reviewers within the field of research to double-blind peer-review the manuscript and make recommendations within two weeks. If two of these reviewers recommends the manuscript for acceptance with/without major/minor revisions, their comments will send to the author by the editorial board to make the required revisions within one month. Then, the revised manuscript is sent back to the initial reviewers or track chairs to check the final paper validation. If the manuscript fulfills the scientific terms of publication, the editorial board can accept it for presenting in the conference after receiving the camera-ready version of the paper. All authors of accepted papers are required to complete an ACM rights form. After that, the accepted papers will be submitted to ACM for publishing in the ACM digital library.

Paper Submission

Submitted papers should be formatted according to the ACM double-column conference style. To ensure the correct formatting, please use the ACM MS- Word template provided at the link below.

Consider the following points in preparing the submitted paper:

  • File should be in doc format, prepared using MS Word, or pdf format.
  • Paper length is limited to 6 pages.
